Swimming

We went swimming at my friend Christin's house, it was so nice. My kids can't wait to take swimming lessons from her. The kids have so much fun in the pool and love playing with their friends.

Sam's Birthday Party

Sam had a "My Dads Better Than Your Dad" birthday party and I went over and videotaped it and got some cute pictures that I had to blog. The dads all came and got slimed, went down the slip & slide, and had a BBQ. It was a really fun birthday party. I'm sure all the girls will remember it along with the dads.

Grasshopper

We had a BBQ on Saturday night with a bunch of our friends. Earlier that day Ashley found a grasshopper and put it in the freezer.

 

She wanted to barbacue it, to see if anyone would then eat it.

 

She was not about to eat it.

 

Dennis said he would eat it for a dollar. So she got her 4 quarters out and he ate it.

 

Cousins

 

 

 

 

A couple weeks ago the Ivie cousins got together for some pictures, it was really fun. My kids love to see their cousins. It's to bad they have to live so far away. They stopped by on their move from Washington to Arizona.

Ice Skating

 
Summer and I have been taking ice skating lessons. It has been really fun. Summer is so fun to watch, she is really good. I have to admit that I haven't even fallen once yet, except the first day when I was in the 3 year old class and they taught us how to fall and stand up. I'll just say that Summer and I are now in a class by ourselves. We are spinning and jumping and doing all kinds of fancy stuff.

Primrose Retreat

 

Summer went to her cousin Kate's birthday party on Saturday. I had to take pictures it was so cute. It was at Primrose Retreat. The girls had so much fun, they had a fashion show, made lip gloss, had a tea party, and got their face painted. It is also a way cute place to shop and eat lunch.
