Soccer Has Started!!!

 
Soccer season has started and all three of my kids are playing. They all play on the exact same days, at the exact same time, on three different fields. It's going to be and interesting season. I went to Summer's game while Rick went to Ashley's. I was so impressed with Summer, she made her first goal and really went after the ball. She was then put on defense. The kids are in heards following the ball, so when the ball came towards her, she looked at all the kids and ran away. It was the funniest thing ever.

Rock Canyon April 11th

 

Yes, it is snowing and I went with Colton's school class on a field trip to Rock Canyon. It was actually really fun, but very cold. After learning about all the rock formations, and how they were created 300 million years ago, we went bowling. I'm glad I got to send some time with Colton.

Sand Dunes April 4-6

 

This is the start of many trips to the sand dunes. It is our families favorite place to go together. Colton is on his new four wheeler, he learned to drive a clutch. Rick and Josh in their new camo shirts!!! HAHAHA. We have a great time going with Josh and Kari and their family, they are really great friends of ours.

Summer

Summer needed her own slide show, I'm sure Colton is next. Summer is a bubbly, fun princess. She loves to be loud, which is totally her personality. She is always happy and very fun to be around. She loves Mac & cheese and wants to be a figure skater this summer. She loves to play with Ashlynn, and plays with her ALL DAY LONG.

1.What is your most embarrassing moment? I have so many, I get embarrassed everyday. The most embarrassing was at UVSC during a ballroom dance performance, when the big puffy slip under my dress came unpinned and fell off and ended up in the center of the stage.
2.What is something that you think about and laugh at every time? The Jimmy Kimmel & Ben Affleck song.
3. What is you favorite season and why? Summer, I have more time to spend with my kids. And have more time to do things that need to get done.
4.Who is your hero? Superman, I love how he can fly and leap over tall buildings (JK).
5.What have you learned throughout your life that you would share as advice for others? Don't worry about things, just be happy, when things get bad take a picture and blog it.
6.What is your favorite goofy thing that your spouse does which makes you fall in love all over again? When he thinks he's 'ALL THAT' and tries to show off. Like when he was doing a wheelie on his four wheeler and tipped it, it's those momments that I say "That's my husband" and I just love him that much more. He's always making me laugh.
7.What is your favorite book(s) of all time? Twilight the series! It got me reading again so I have to say Twilight.
8.What is one of your pet peeves? I'm pretty easy going, I try to not let things bother me, which is probally my biggest pet peeve, that I don't care.
9. Where has been your favorite place to travel and why? I liked London, it was fun to see all the site, but I love the warm Caribbean sun and sandy beaches.

Ashley

Ashley's been sick this weekend and thought it would be fun to make a slide show of her.
Ashley is 8 years old and in the third grade. She loves to play soccer, dance, and wants to be a gymnast. She loves to eat peas, broccoli, and mashed potatoes and gravy. She loves babies and can't wait to babysit. Ashley is such a cute, fun girl we are glad she is in our family.
